The bale plucker machine is applicable for kinds of raw cotton, which is wide used in textile spinning process. The main function is cotton opener. Pluck, separate and transport middle and long chemical fibers, supply raw materials for blowroom and carding machine.

This disk plucker machine is the first process in the whole blowroom production line.

Customer case 1

The GAP is a large textile yarn manufacturer in Turkey, mainly producing high-quality cotton yarn 1000tons per month. They used old type manual baler machine, low efficiency and high production cost.

During the COVID-19, they purchased our automatic bale opener, but the customer was worried that it was inexperienced and difficult to install. After our detailed video guidance, drawings and process guidance, the customer used it very well.

They met a problem was that because of the total height of our machine is 4250mm, but the height of their factory is not enough, they have to do modification. According to our suggestion, they changed the pipe like this, so all problems solved.
